This workshop is hosted by Dr. Weston Loder, Chiropractor at SIH. He will be diving into heart health in an interactive workshop, focusing on topics such as the risks of heart disease, different factors that can impact your heart health (such as cholesterol, diabetes, and hypertension), and lastly what you can do to improve your overall heart health!
