Most major PPO insurance plans (as well as Medicare) are accepted at Pure Health Integrated Medicine. Coverage can vary widely; this is why, as a part of your evaluation, our billing team will take the time to contact your insurance to find out what is and isn't covered from our clinical recommendations.
