What does an adjustment do?

• Similar to a sprained ankle, the other joints in your body respond in a similar way. When the dysfunction begins, the muscles surrounding the joint begin to splint and protect. An adjustment provides an increase in range of motion of the joint, and the body takes over from there. This increase in range of motion allows the muscles surrounding the joint to return to their normal function, decreasing stress on the body.

What happens if you miss a visit?
